We’re upgrading our Telephone Banking system on Tuesday, February 10th to bring you a faster, more convenient experience, while keeping all the features you rely on.
What’s New?
Our updated Telephone Banking system includes a responsive virtual assistant that helps you get what you need quickly. Just call 406-443-5400, Dial 2, and request your balances, transfers, and more using natural, everyday language.
No menus to memorize. No PIN to set up.
What You Can Do With Telephone Banking
Telephone Banking is available to all Intrepid members. With a quick phone call, you can:
- Check account balances
- Review recent transactions
- Make a loan payment
- Transfer funds between accounts

What number do I call?
Call 406-443-5400, then select Option 2.
How do I get started?
Once you’ve called and pressed 2, simply tell the virtual assistant what you’d like to do, such as:
- “Check my balance”
- “Make a loan payment”
- “Transfer money”
The system will guide you through each step.
What’s changing with the upgrade?
- No more Telephone Banking PIN.
Instead of a PIN, you’ll receive a one-time passcode each time you call.
This passcode is sent to the mobile phone number we have on file, keeping your account secure without requiring extra setup.
Can I talk to an Intrepid representative instead?
Absolutely. At any time, you can say “Representative” or press 0 and you’ll be connected to our Call Center team during business hours.
