Important Note:
If you were previously enrolled in Online or Mobile Banking with Montana Health Credit Union, your username and password will not transfer. You’ll need to register as a new user starting November 3rd to access your accounts.

Register for Online Banking
Registration Video
Getting started is easy! Just follow these steps:
Go to https://digitalbanking.intrepidcu.org/Registration

Click “Register a New Account” on the login page

Review and accept the Online Banking Agreement and Disclosures

Confirm your identity by entering:
- Your Social Security Number or Tax ID
- Your Member Number
- Add “70” in front of your Montana Health member number to make it 8 digits
- Example: If your member number is
123456
, enter70123456
- If your member number is fewer than 6 digits, add extra zeros after the 70
- Example: Member number
1234
→ enter70001234
- Your Zip Code on file

Receive a one-time passcode via text or voice call

Create your username (8–40 characters, no special characters)

Review and confirm your phone number, email, and time zone

Where do I register for Online Banking?
New Users will need to register their account through the "New User" login button.

Where do I download the mobile app?
Do I need to re-enroll if I already had online banking at Montana Health Credit Union?
Yes! Follow the steps above to register for online banking on Monday, November 3rd.
Bill Pay
How do I set up Bill Pay?
If you were actively using Bill Pay with Montana Health Credit Union and had at least one payee set up, your payees, payment history, and more will automatically appear under the Bill Pay tab one business day after you register for online banking.
Will my existing payees transfer?
Yes! If you had at least one payee set up with Montana Health Bill Pay, your existing payees will transfer to the new platform - no need to re-enter them.
Will my bill pay pay history transfer?
Yes, your payment history will also transfer - as long as you were actively using Bill Pay with at least one payee.
Payments & Transfers
How do I make a loan payment from another bank account?
You can now use Intrepid Loan Payments to pay with a debit card or external bank account.
Access Intrepid Loan Pay:
- Using digital banking
Select Transfer & Pay > Intrepid Loan Payments

How do I transfer money between my accounts?

On Mobile:
Tap the Transfers widget on your home screen. -
On Desktop:
Click the Transfer & Pay tab, then select Transfers.
From there, just choose the accounts and amount - and you're good to go!
Can I schedule recurring transfers or payments?
Absolutely! Setting up recurring transfers is simple and convenient.
Here’s how:
- Start by scheduling a transfer as you normally would
- When prompted, update the frequency to match your preferred schedule (e.g., weekly, monthly)
- Confirm the details - and you’re all set!
Tip: Set up alerts so you’ll get notified when your transfers are processed. That way, you’re always in the know!
How do I set up external transfers?
Need to transfer money to an account at another financial institution? Follow these simple steps on your desktop:
- Go to Transfer & Pay
- Click Transfer
- Select More Actions
- Choose Add Account
- Click Add an External Account
- Look up your financial institution and enter your credentials
It’s fast, secure, and easy to manage your money across accounts!
Managing your money on the go? You can add an external account right from your mobile device:
- Tap the Transfer tab
- Select Add Account
- Choose Add an External Account

Mobile App Features
How do I log into the mobile app?
No need to remember separate usernames or passwords anymore - your mobile and desktop banking now use the same login!
To get started:
- Download and open the mobile app.
- Use the same username and password you registered with for desktop banking.
- You're in! Enjoy secure access to your accounts anytime, anywhere.
How do I deposit a check with Mobile Deposit?
Ready to deposit a check without visiting a branch? Just follow these steps in the mobile app:
- Open the app and tap the Check Deposit widget on your screen.
- Review and accept the Terms & Conditions.
- Start depositing checks anytime, anywhere!
Can I use Face ID / Touch ID?
Absolutely!
To set it up:
- Open the mobile app
- Tap More
- Go to Tools > Settings > Biometrics
- Toggle ON Face ID or Touch ID
Viewing Balances, Transactions and Statements
How do I view my balances and transactions?
Once you’ve registered and logged into digital banking, everything is right at your fingertips!
- You’ll see all your accounts listed in one place, along with current balances.
- Just tap or click on any account to view detailed transaction history.
Please note: Transaction history will be available starting November 3rd, 2025 and will include activity from that date forward.
Where do I find e-Statements?
You can view or register for e-Statements in just a few steps:
- Go to the Accounts drop-down menu
- Select eDocs
- If you haven’t enrolled yet, you’ll be prompted to register
- Once enrolled, your future statements will be available to view or download anytime
Enrolling in e-Statements waives the $5 paper statement fee, helping you save money and reduce paper waste.
If you need a copy of a past statement that isn’t available online, you can request one by contacting us via chat, phone, or the secure Message Center within online banking.
Montana Health Credit Card Users
If you are a Montana Health credit card holder, you can make payments, view your transaction history, and check your balance through the Montana Health Visa Credit Card link. This link is located under the Transfer & Pay section in online banking.
Alerts
How do I set up Alerts?
Stay informed with real-time updates on your account activity!
To set up alerts:
- Go to the Tools menu
- Select Alerts
- Choose and schedule alerts for things like:
- Balance updates
- Debit card purchases
- Login activity
- And much more!
Security & Settings
How do I update my contact information?
You can easily keep your info current by:
- Calling us directly, and a team member will assist you
- Visiting any of our branch locations, where we’ll help you update your details in person
How do I change my password?
If you ever need to update your password, it’s easy!
- Go to the login page
- Click or tap Forgot Password
- Follow the prompts to reset your password securely
